Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt: 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice : 3-4Tbsp
Butter: 4Tbsp
Red /Orange Food Color: a pinch
Tandoori Masala: 50gms ( Any standard masala available in the market is fine)
Chicken (breast pieces) : 500gms
Onion and Bell pepper (cut into square pieces): as required
Steps:
1. Mix well the yogurt. lemon juice, butter, food colour and the tandoori masala.
2. Marinate the chicken pieces with the mix.
3. Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for 30mins to 2 hrs.
4. Cut the onion and bell peppers into square shapes.
5. Place the chicken and the vegetables on the skewers and get them ready
6. Place the skewers on the grill on medium flame
7. Butter the chicken pieces as you turn the skewers around to cook it evenly on all sides .
8. Grill for about 10 mins and we get some spicy and juicy tandoori chicken Kebabs!
